Rakhi Sawant in Bengali ‘Dirty Picture’ | Claims of being dirtier than Vidya: Mumbai: You have seen Vidya Balan dancing on tunes of ‘Ooh La La’ and getting dirty in the ‘The Dirty Picture’ but now Bollywood’s controversial item girl Rakhi Sawant will apparently be doing all these! She has been roped in for the lead role in film’s Bengali remake.

Rakhi speaks to a leading daily and talks about her role as she said, “Vidya Balan hasn’t done anything in The Dirty Picture. I will do better and hotter scenes in the Bengali remake. Even Vidya will be surprised after seeing my character. I will be better than her. The sari is meant to be taken off in films, not worn. Films become a hit because of this, not because of stars.”

Rakhi further adds, “The remake will be directed by Shatabdi Roy, a member of Parliament who is as big as Amitabh, Jaya Bachchan or Rekha in Bengal. I got the role because of an item song I recently did in the Bengali movie titled Om Shanti. The song is very popular in Bengal right now.”

Other than Rakhi, nothing has been finalized for the film yet. Reportedly former actor Tapas Paul is producing the film. Well Rakhi, your statements say that you will be cooking something very hot in the flick. We are eager to see you soon and so are your fans.
